Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the U.S., in any U.S. judicial district in which the service provider may be found.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Pornolex.com reserves the right to remove any content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and to terminate repeat infringers’ access to the site.
